Wedlocked by Erin Aislinn

Summary:
After ten years of giving Erani the protection of his name in marriage, Farhad must finally fulfill his promise and set her free. It is time for her to make her own decisions and take her rightful place in the world. Although he has always kept a respectful distance, Erani has fallen in love with Farhad years ago. She has decided that Farhad will be the one to take her virginity, and she refuses to grant him a divorce until he gives her a real wedding night.

Wedlocked is a novella that left me unsatisfied. The author kept introducing more information through minor characters who played a role in the Erani and Fahad's past and it was annoying that she only gave tidbits of information when she did this. For example, Erani’s best friend is named, explained how they met, and where she currently lives, but she never actually made an appearance or got a voice.

I give three stars. I wish this novella was written as a novel. There is so much explored in those few pages. It left so many unanswered questions as the author dwelled on the past and present when explaining the connection between the two characters.
